Preparation
for oral and poster presentation
Use
the following step-by-step instruction to guide
you through the paper submission process:
1.Register as EDAS member
To submit paper(s),
you are required to have EDAS (Editor's Assistant
Service) account.You can get one free of charges here.
2.Register
the paper
Login
to your EDAS account.
Click
the Submit Paper tab and you'll
be given a list of conferences.Find ITSIM2010 on
the list then select the Submit
icon right next to it.
Fill
in the Title and Abstract fields,
then select a suitable Review Topic Group.
Submit the information and you will be receiving
an email notification on your paper number and how
to upload the full paper.

3.Upload
the full paper
Please

page for notification of acceptance date.Steps for
submission:
1. Create your final
manuscript. The manuscript must adhere to the IEEE
Xplore PDF specification for compatibility
2. Access the IEEE
PDF eXpress site at www.pdf-express.org.
Click on the link "New Users - Click Here"
and fill in your information. You will need the
Conference ID which is: itsim10x.
3. Click 'Create
New Title'. Enter identifying text for the paper
(title is recommended but not required)
4. Click 'Submit
PDF for Checking' or 'Submit Source Files for Conversion'.
IEEE PDF eXpress
converts the following file types to PDF:
· Rich
Text Format
· Freelance
· (La)TeX (DVI and all support files
required)*
· PageMaker
· FrameMaker
· QuarkXpress*
· Word Pro
· Microsoft Word
· WordPerfect
5. Indicate platform,
source file type (if applicable), click Browse
and navigate to file, and click "Upload File".
You will receive online and email confirmation
of successful upload.
6.You will receive
an email with your Checked PDF or IEEE PDF eXpress-converted
PDF attached. If you submitted a PDF for Checking,
the email will show if your file passed or failed
7. Download, fill,
and sign the IEEE copyright form (PDF,
Word).
Please scan and submit your signed copyright form
via EDAS (www.edas.info)
using your account.
8. Submit final,
Xplore-compatible PDF(s) manuscript via EDAS using
your account.
9. Additionally,word doc./docx.
is also required.
